Cost-effective Hit-finding

We have collated a database of over 2.5 million different chemical structures available from commercial suppliers. Each compound has been analysed to determine its accessible conformations using XedeX and fields have been added to each conformation. The database is a source of potential new chemotypes for drug discovery. You can access the database through hit-finding projects with Cresset. It can be searched using the field of a known active compound to find compounds which can present a similar field pattern. The database can be filtered in many different ways (preferred supplier, molecular weight, desired/undesired functionality), so that the hit list which we supply meets your needs.

An analysis of Cresset's proprietary conformation-searching software XedeX reveals that it performs as well as any comparable commercially-available method in a fraction of the time, giving us confidence that if a potential active is in the database we can find it.
